Swedish

This is perhaps the best-known type of bodywork performed today. One of the primary goals of the Swedish  technique is to provide relaxation to the entire body.  However, this technique goes far beyond relaxation . It is also beneficial for increasing oxygen levels in the blood, improving circulation and flexibility, decreasing muscle toxins while easing tension. This is accomplished by massaging the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Perfect for "First Timers."
